This small-batch Pinot Noir rose is sourced entirely from our Birch Block vineyard. Wild fermented in stainless steel, it is purposely farmed and harvested for low sugar, low alcohol, and refreshing acidity with lots of energy and notes of ruby red grapefruit plucked from the tree.
