If you love clinking glasses alfresco, then you will adore this month's long-table dinner at the winery, featuring the hyper-talented team from Cocktails and Canapes. Summer is arguably the best season for produce; gifting us some of the most colorful, fresh and flavorful flowers, fruits, and vegetables. From this, we will create beautiful dishes and decor to celebrate the seasonal, regional foods of the Okanagan. Due to the style of the menu, the ingredients can change at any time. We will not be revealing the dishes ahead of the event, but we promise to surprise and delight your taste buds. Plus, you will enjoy small-lot wine pairings, fan-favourites and library selections from the Lightning Rock portfolio.
