Tasting Notes
Striking in appearance with a light golden straw tint, this Pét-Nat is a quintessential example of Chenin Blanc. Fragrances of quince, ripe pear and melon lead to way to honeysuckle and jasmine aromas. The texture is balanced with a mouth lingering acidity finishing with a hint of minerality.

Winemaker Notes
The newest addition to our Pét-Nat lineup, this Chenin Blanc was farmed organically by our friends at Harrington House Vineyard in Peachland. The grapes were harvested on September 18th and whole cluster pressed. The juice was then settled for 24hrs prior to being racked to our concrete eggs. Fermentation was slow and cool and the wine was finally bottled on October 12th where it and rested on lees for 6 months prior to being disgorged in March 2024.
Food Pairing Notes
The creamy texture of soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert as well as light seafood dishes such as oysters, shrimp and grilled fish can enhance the wine's crispness and highlight its fruitiness.
