Lightly and pretty in colour, loaded with aromas of bright red fruits, like new season strawberries, fresh raspberries, spiced plum, and candied violets. Fermented in concrete egg and finished in the bottle to capture the bubbles. The palate is soft and textural with super fine tannins and fresh acidity.
