Vineyard Notes
Planted in the early 2000's with Pinot Noir (115, 667), Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. This property neighbours the south side of our winery and is so close that it's barely distinguishable from our Elysia vines.
Winemaker Notes
Fermented and aged in a mixture of neutral French Oak barrels, 30%, and Stainless Steel,70% for 7 months. Blended a few weeks prior to bottling. Unfined and unfiltered
