Vineyard Notes
With fruit harvested from the north-most side of Elysia Vineyard in Summerland, these sun-loving vines have tall Guyot trellises, standing at 5-6 feet, on a gentle, eastern-facing slope. Our moderate climate influences, offer this wine a cool vein of austere and interesting qualities.
Production Notes
Simple, beautiful and clean expression of Northern-climate Viognier, reflecting fermentation and 9 months of aging in two concrete eggs. Not filtered, bottled in May 16, 2023.
