Planted in 2003 on the precipice of Trout Creek Canyon, this south-facing site rests in sandy soils, dotted with large river stones, and produces spectacular Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on two large terraces.
Winemaker Notes
24% Whole cluster Pinot Noir, fermented in one-ton vessels with gentle skin contact from 15 to 21 days. Pressed to neutral French oak barriques to age for 7 months. Ambient/wild ferment and MLF. Unfined and unfiltered.
