A humble first harvest of Gamay from our baby plot, Trestle Beach Vineyard, planted in 2020. This site sits adjacent to our Canyonview Vineyard in Summerland, so naturally we blended a little Pinot Noir from that site in to balance out its youth.

Food Pairing Notes

Soft-released to guests at Pet-Nat Party on November 30th, 2022. A portion of the fruit from Trestle Beach was collected for a pilot collaboration project between Winemaker Jordan Kubek and BC Sommelier of the Year winner Jayton James Paul, called "Cabin Creek Gamay". Proceeds from the small lot production, made exclusively for Vancouver Michelin-star restaurant Published on Main, will be donated to BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) in 2023/2024.
