Vineyard Notes
Two estate-owner vineyards in the Summerland Sub-GI. Elysia Vineyard, planted in 2006, sits on steep slopes facing east above Okanagan Lake. Canyonview Vineyard, planted in 2003, is on two terraces facing south, with sandy soils and large river stones at the edge of Trout Creek Canyon.
Production Notes
100% pinot noir, blended from Elysia Vineyard and Canyonview Vineyard (Block B).
Winemaker Notes
Pinot Noir Rosé from our Elysia and Canyonview Vineyards. 4 day Carbonic Maceration, Ambient/wild ferment and MLF into neutral French barrels. Aged for 7 months in a mixture of neutral French oak, 35% and Stainless Steel, 65%. Unfined and unfiltered.
