Planted in 2003 on the precipice of Trout Creek Canyon, this south-facing site rests in sandy soils, dotted with large river stones, and produces spectacular Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on two large terraces.
Winemaker Notes
Single-vineyard Traditional Method Pinot Noir. Aged in neutral French oak puncheons for 4 months prior to tirage. Further 12 months of bottle aging before being disgorged. Zero dosage in a Brut-Nature style.
