This small-batch whole cluster Pinot Noir is the first ever made with the grapes from our vineyard, with only 50 cases made. It was wild fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. It has tobacco, sagebrush, ponderosa pine and black fruit on the nose, and notes of dried rose petals on the palate. Enjoy now, or lay it down and watch flavours develop.
