Gorgeous violets and dark raspberries! Very juicy and light bodied.
Planted in 2006, this vineyard overlooks Okanagan lake to the east, primarily getting the early and mid day sun. Between the very steep slope and a mix of limestone and decomposed granite soil, this is an ideal place for vines to thrive. Here we have Pinot Noir, Viognier and Syrah. We are able to make a variety of delicious wines. With panoramic views from Peachland to Penticton it is a truly
amazing place to work and live.
Destemmed Syrah ontop of 10% freshly pressed whole cluster Viognier. Wild fermentation and gentle pumpovers until just dry. Pressed to neutral oak for wild MLF. Unfined, unfiltered.
