Tasting Notes
Austere and sincere, light and crisp. Notes of persimmon rind and honeyed brie with a smooth limey acidity, beeswax, bruised yellow pear, salty rocks, orange blossoms.
Vineyard Notes
Planted in 2006, this vineyard overlooks Okanagan lake to the east, primarily getting the early and mid day sun. Between the very steep slope and a mix of limestone and decomposed granite soil, this is an ideal place for vines to thrive.
