A special library re-release of our first ever Blanc de Blancs, made with Chardonnay from the first year of our stewardship with Canyonview Vineyard. This club member exclusive wine is made in small-lots. Bone dry, bright and carrying a nice weight. The palette of juicy passion fruit and citrus has developed into a full, round, creamy mousse and lovely notes of toast.

Tasting Notes
Bone dry, bright and carrying a nice weight. This sparkling Chardonnay has a vibrant lemon yellow colour. It presents a nose of ripe passionfruit, rocks basking in the sun post rainfall and hints to a toasty, fresh baked breadiness. The powerful palette of juicy passion fruit with a frame of citrus lasts forever in your mouth.
Vineyard Notes
Planted in 2003 on the precipice of the Trout Creek Canyon. This south facing vineyard has sandy loam, alluvial soil that is dotted with large granite stones, producing spectacular Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from two large terraces.
Production Notes
Gently pressed to a mix of neutral and new puncheons. Fermented spontaneously, then tirage bottled in late January 2019.

Cucumber and mint gazpacho, grilled peaches and creamy cheeses.
