This small-batch whole-cluster Pinot Noir is the first ever made with the grapes from Birch Block Vineyard, with only 50 cases made. It was wild-fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. It has tobacco on the nose, and notes of dried rose petals on the palate. We hope you enjoy this honest Pinot Noir showcasing variety and terroir.
