Visually appealing, this final rendition of our Elysia Viognier Pét’Nat showcases gentle aromas of stone fruits, ginger root and spring blossoms. The mouthfeel is dynamic and rich bringing to mind bright orchard fruits. This wine is ready to drink while reminiscing back to the all the good times that were enjoyed with previous Lighting Rock Viognier’s.

Winemaker Notes
Harvest on September 14th from our Elysia Vineyard, the grapes were gently pressed whole cluster into our one of our stainless steel tank where the wine underwent a lengthy and cool fermentation. It was bottled on October 4th and rested on lees for 6 months prior to disgorging in March 2024.

Perfect for a casual day out, pack soft cheeses, fresh fruits, and some nuts for crunch. And when the spice kicks in, this Pet Nat can cool down the heat.
