Tasting Notes
Presenting itself with a magenta hue, this Pét’Nat showcases exuberant aromas of strawberries, candied apples, florals tones and delicate peppery spices. The mouthfeel is lively and vivid, evocative of crunchy red fruits such as cranberries and pomegranate. This wine is young and fresh, and is best served with good company.

Winemaker Notes
Harvest on September 2nd from our Canyonview Vineyard, the grapes were destemmed into an open-top fermentation vessel. After 36 hours of skin contact they were gently pressed into our concrete egg where the wine underwent a swift fermentation. It was bottled on September 8th and rested on lees for 6 months
prior to disgorging in February 2024.
